Information collection
We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (“Personal Information”) or allows us to contact you.  Generally, this information is requested when you subscribe to our newsletter or when you would like to contact our, our sales department, webmaster or our Board of Directors.

With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests. We use this form to request the minimum data that we need to process an application. This information is required so we can answer your question by telephone or by e-mail. A sent e-mail is stored in our mailbox. The Emails you receive from us are always send via SSL.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our website. We have signed a processor agreement with Google for this. There are strict agreements about what they can keep up with. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We let Google anonymize the IP addresses. We have determined the retention period of this data at 50 months. After this, these are automatically deleted.
