Functie

Wat maakt deze functie van CNC Frezer nou zo leuk?

- Aan jou wordt afhankelijk van het werk een Haas en of Style van deze CNC draai of freesbanken toevertrouwd.
- Deze machines mag je zelfstandig programmeren. Hiervoor wordt gebruik gemaakt van Fusion cam software
- Je werkt met diverse materialen, staal, RVS en aluminium.
- Je maakt voornamelijk enkelstuks en kleine series tot ongeveer 10 stuks en draait en freest voornamelijk kleiner tot middelgroot werk, veel afwisselend werk.

Heb jij verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en denk je graag mee in verbeteringen? Dan ben jij de CNC draaier of frezer die we zoeken.

Functie-eisen

- Ervaring hebt met CNC draaien of frezen (in eerdere werkervaring, maar het kan ook zijn dat je je bijvoorbeeld net hebt omgeschoold of dat je net van school komt met een diploma machinaal verspaner).
- Ervaring hebt met programmeren (offline of aan de machine) en bereid bent dit verder te ontwikkelen, je hoeft dus op het moment nog geen pro te zijn en bent bereid om te leren.
- Kennis hebt van verspanings-gereedschappen en het juiste gebruik ervan.
- Leergierig bent en interesse hebt om nog beter te worden in jouw vak, hiervoor staan diverse collega's klaar om jou te begeleiden.

Function

What makes this CNC Turning / Milling position so enjoyable?

- Depending on the work you will be entrusted with a Haas and or Style of these CNC turning or milling machines.
- These machines may be programmed independently. For this we use Fusion cam software.
- You work with various materials, steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
- You make mainly single pieces and small series up to about 10 pieces and turning and milling mainly smaller to medium sized work, a lot of varied work.

Do you have a sense of responsibility and do you like to think along in improvements? Then you are the CNC turner or milling machine we are looking for.

Job requirements

- Experience with CNC turning or milling (in previous work experience, but it may also be that you have just retrained or that you have just left school with a diploma in machining).
- Have experience with programming (offline or at the machine) and are willing to develop this further, so you don't have to be a pro at the moment and are willing to learn.
- Have knowledge of machining tools and their proper use.
- Are eager to learn and interested to become even better in your profession, for this there are several colleagues ready to guide you.
